As CEO, Brendan leads Anheuser-Busch’s growth and long-term commercial strategy. Drawing on his deep experience in the CPG industry and years in the Marine Corps and Central Intelligence Agency, Brendan has a unique perspective on our business and consumers. In his previous role as US Chief Sales Officer, his strategic leadership, strong customer relationships, and expert use of innovative sales technologies and consumer insights resulted in improved financial results and strong commercial momentum for the company. Since joining A-B in 2013, Brendan has held key positions across our sales organization including leading trade marketing, category and sales technology efforts in the US.

With more than 20 years of experience in the beer industry, he brings a depth of expertise from working with breweries of all sizes. Andy joined Anheuser-Busch in 2020 following the expanded partnership with Craft Brew Alliance (CBA), where he served as CEO and oversaw breakout growth of key craft brands including Kona Big Wave.

A true “Bud Man” and 40-year veteran of the company, Bob started out as a delivery route driver and has worked at every level of the company over his career.

César’s career in public affairs spans more than 25 years with deep experience across the U.S. and in more than 100 other markets worldwide.

Previously, Kyle served as President of Labatt in Canada, developing and implementing the Canada 10YP, resulting in the gain of a full share point in 2020, and step-changing the Beyond Beer portfolio and performance through innovation, organic growth, and strategic acquisitions like NÜTRL Vodka Soda. Before leading Labatt, Kyle oversaw Global Brands at AB InBev, including Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Corona.

As the president of Labatt, Marcelo “Mika” Michaelis leads the growth and vitality of Canada’s leading brewer. Mika joined AB InBev in 2002 first as Sales Manager with Ambev, where he held several roles, including Commercial Director and Revenue Management Director. He then transitioned to the Anheuser-Busch Commercial Leadership team in 2015 where he was the VP of Commercial Planning, Performance and Revenue Management for 2 years, and then Regional VP for 2 years. Prior to stepping into the Labatt President role in December 2021, he held the role of President, Brewers Collective with Anheuser-Busch for 3 years.
